(Washington, DC) -- More than 250 suspected child predators face criminal charges after being rounded up in a federal investigation. Operation iGuardian was a month long sting aimed at identifying and rescuing victims of online sexual exploitation while putting those responsible behind bars. Suspects face a wide array of charges. Crimes range from chatting sexually online with minors to production of child pornography. The investigation was led by Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations and Internet Crimes Against Children task forces.
